Job summary

ADNOC Group seeks a senior strategist to advance stakeholder management across Upstream, including government and international partners. You will lead executive engagements, prepare decision-ready briefs, and coordinate high-level events and bilateral councils in support of ADNOC’s international business diplomacy.

The role requires strong advisory capabilities, governance discipline and the ability to synthesize complex information for senior leadership across global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related fields; MBA preferred.
• 7 years of experience in strategic stakeholder management or related fields.
• Experience advising senior executives and engaging with government and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and execution of stakeholder management strategies and executive engagements.
• Prepare briefing packs, talking points, and decision-ready submissions for the Upstream CEO and boards.
• Plan high-level meetings, state visits and delegations; manage governance and follow-up actions.
• Develop council policies and manage bilateral business council activities (GUBC/CUBC).
• Manage portfolio information, ensure data quality and secure handling of material.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Finance or a relevant discipline

Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred
