ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic stakeholder management and provide executive advisory support to the Upstream CEO and senior leadership in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role spans government relations, international affairs, and governance across councils, embassies, and major partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in strategic stakeholder management, executive office support, business development, government relations, international relations, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and review of stakeholder management strategies for Upstream.
• Advise Upstream leadership on government priorities, policy developments, and strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with ADNOC leadership, shareholders, government entities and international partners.
• Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, and decision notes for leadership.
• Support bilateral councils (Germany-UAE, Canada-UAE) and governance of stakeholder relations.
• Plan executive engagements, state visits, and strategic events with clear objectives and actions.
