Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a procurement leader to drive sourcing for construction projects, facilities management, engineering services, and building operations, delivering value through advanced analytics and cost of ownership assessments.

You will negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts, develop RFI/RFP processes, monitor expenses for compliance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management.
• Specific experience in Facilities or Construction Procurement.
• Ability to negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Proficiency in project management and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for construction projects, facilities management, engineering services, and building operations.
• Conduct analytics and scenario-based outcome assessments to determine Total Cost of Ownership.
• Execute negotiation strategies with suppliers and implement contractual agreements.
• Monitor portfolio expenses to ensure contract compliance and identify savings opportunities.
• Develop complex bid solicitations (RFI, RFP) and manage vendor negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
