Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a strategic initiatives professional to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key programs. You will maintain a master calendar of milestones and meetings to ensure projects stay on schedule, prepare agendas, and document minutes for leadership review.

You will also serve as a liaison between strategy leads, economic development, and stakeholders while collecting and analyzing information for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing people, processes or projects.
• Proficiency in business analysis and computer literacy.
• Professional demeanor for interacting with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
• Maintain master calendar of milestones and meetings to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking.
• Serve as a liaison between strategy leads, economic development, and stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and report information related to strategic initiatives for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
