Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced contract manager to develop, negotiate, and maintain key agreements across the organization. You will oversee contract professionals, ensure compliance, and drive improvements in contract lifecycle processes.

Applicants should have an Associate's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with the ability to conduct complex work and exercise independent judgment on risk management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and maintain contracts and related documents such as MSAs, MPAs, NDAs, and SOWs
• Coach, develop, and assess team members to improve performance
• Manage contract professionals and oversee contract execution compliance
• Identify and implement business process improvements for contract lifecycle management
• Partner with business units and stakeholders to influence improvement outcomes
• Act as a subject matter expert on contractual rights and interpretation
• Maintain assigned contracts in the Contract Management system
• Manage contract anniversaries, follow-ups, and renewals
