Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Understanding of the Waterfall development model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytics and scenario analyses to inform Total Cost of Ownership decisions.
• Negotiate with suppliers and implement contract terms for assigned categories.
• Monitor expenses and identify savings through RFPs and renegotiations.
• Develop bid solicitations and ensure a transparent procurement process.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers aligning with supply strategy.
• Facilitate Value Analysis meetings and perform financial comparisons.

• Execute negotiation strategies with suppliers and implement contractual agreements for assigned product and service categories
• Monitor portfolio expenses to ensure contract compliance and identify savings opportunities through RFPs and renegotiations
• Develop complex bid solicitations and ensure a transparent procurement process
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers in alignment with supply strategy
• Facilitate Value Analysis meetings and perform in-depth financial comparisons

Requirements

• Proficiency in computer literacy and office administration
