Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise strategic insights, oversee market assessments and trend analysis, and own the consumer and market research capability. You will partner with Strategy leaders to size opportunities and assess portfolios, and design performance management standards including KPIs and scorecards.

You will lead and develop insights teams to deliver decision-critical intelligence and align analytics with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise strategic insights agenda and translate intelligence into decision-relevant implications.
• Oversee market assessments, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis.
• Own the enterprise consumer and market research capability.
• Partner with ESO Business Strategy and Strategic Planning leaders to support opportunity sizing and portfolio assessments.
• Design and set standards for the enterprise strategic performance management system, including KPI hierarchy and scorecards.
• Lead, coach, and develop insights and performance management leaders and teams.
