Job summary

UNIFY GROUP in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior procurement leader to oversee sourcing, contract management and supplier performance for outsourced services. You will build trusted client relationships, lead commercial negotiations and drive value-driven savings.

The role requires 7–10 years in procurement or contract management, UAE/GCC exposure, and the ability to manage complex portfolios and teams. A bachelor’s degree and CIPS MCIPS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• CIPS qualification/MCIPS or equivalent procurement credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing strategies for outsourced services.
• Oversee RFQs, RFPs and tender documentation with clear scope and evaluation criteria.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, payment terms, SLAs and risk allocation.
• Negotiate amendments, extensions and renewals within approved authority.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs; drive improvement actions.
• Develop supplier scorecards and report savings, performance and growth contributions.
• Lead client meetings to understand needs and present value cases.
• Coach procurement staff and manage team priorities.
