Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement for construction and capital projects in Abu Dhabi. You will shape sourcing strategies, manage tenders from start to award, and deliver value, cost savings, and reduced risk.

You will work closely with project, technical, and commercial teams, and lead a team of procurement professionals. This role requires strong expertise in strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract management, with

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in construction or capital projects.
Experience in strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract management.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
CIPS or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction works, services, and materials.
Conduct spend and market analysis to identify savings, risks, and opportunities.
Establish framework agreements and long-term partnerships with contractors and suppliers.
Translate project requirements into sourcing plans and tender documentation.
Oversee contractor and supplier prequalification and the end-to-end tender process.
Lead bid evaluations with technical stakeholders.
Plan and lead commercial negotiations, prepare award recommendations.
