Job summary

CPL Aromas in Dubai is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team by handling accounts, coordinating fragrance briefs, and ensuring timely project delivery.

The role requires bilingual English/Arabic communication, at least two years in sales, and strong MS Office skills. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to drive proposals, order processing, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-related role.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team in managing accounts and sales support.
• Coordinate fragrance briefs and project timelines.
• Respond quickly to customer requests and provide follow-up.
• Coordinate order processing with Operations and communicate with customers.
• Maintain project status reports for accounts.
• Analyze marketing data to identify potential customers.
• Follow up on inquiries and prepare sales proposals.
• Interact with prospective customers to determine needs.
• Adhere to quality, environmental, health & safety procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as directed by Line Manager.
