Job summary

Kempinski Hotels in Dubai seeks a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Sales & Marketing team, drive revenue, and implement strategic plans aligned with the Commercial Director's directives. The role covers Leisure, Corporate and Group segments, with emphasis on guest engagement and cross-selling across Kempinski properties.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a managerial hotel sales role, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, specialized in Sales; University Degree 1st cycle/ Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years international experience in a managerial position in a 4/5 star hotel in Sales & Marketing.
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
• Negotiation skills; Selling skills; Knowledge of food production and service procedures.
• Organisational skills; Developing others; Problem solving & decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and motivate the Sales team.
• Assist budget preparation and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Set targets, sales plans and personal incentives for staff.
• Attend weekly Yield and Sales meetings and report to the Commercial Director.
• Replace the Commercial Director during their absence.
• Promote cross-selling with Kempinski Hotels and manage relations with Sales Offices.
