Job summary

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Marketing Manager for Kempinski Hotel Palm Jumeirah in Dubai to support the General Manager in positioning and promoting the property and its outlets while ensuring adherence to Kempinski brand standards.

The role requires coordination with the Sales & Marketing department, agencies, and internal departments to drive campaigns, budget control, and market analysis. A minimum of 2 years in marketing is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing.
• Ability to handle high volume with attention to detail.
• Ability to cope with changing priorities and multiple tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Create the hotel media and marketing plan.
• Implement media and marketing plan and coordinate with agencies.
• Determine overall marketing campaign ROI and monitor response rates to improve campaigns.
• Develop and maintain the hotel marketing budget and ensure budget control.
• Create and execute all marketing activities including collateral, promotions, and advertising.
• Plan direct marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Maintain guest databases for mailings and coordinate with F&B for promotions.
• Ensure brand compliance with Kempinski Corporate Marketing guidelines.
