Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in civil or materials engineering required.
• Greater than or equal to 5 years of experience for PhD holders, 7+ years for Master’s, 10+ years for Bachelor’s in related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies, standards, and multi-year maintenance programs aligned with RTA asset goals.
• Approve contracts, tenders, and design reviews ensuring technical, legal, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor road conditions, prioritize work, and allocate resources to contractors and in-house teams.
• Analyze KPIs and recommend AI-enabled, data-driven improvements that reduce lifecycle costs.
• Lead internal training programs to raise competency across the department.
