Job summary

Amalgam UAE in Dubai is seeking an experienced Road Safety Manager to lead RSA activities on major road and maintenance projects. The role focuses on audits, crash-site investigations, and risk identification in line with Dubai RTA standards.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure temporary traffic diversions and traffic management meet current guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Road Safety / Traffic Safety, with strong Dubai RTA experience preferred.
• Experience conducting Road Safety Audits (RSA) and crash site investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage Road Safety Audits (RSA) for roads, junctions, and other infrastructure at different project stages.
• Apply the Safe System Approach to identify and address road safety risks.
• Conduct road safety studies and crash site investigations.
• Review traffic safety conditions and provide practical recommendations.
