Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Logistics UAE is seeking a National Road Logistics Tender & Pricing Manager in Dubai. You will own road logistics pricing, tender management, carrier procurement support and commercial analysis across the country, collaborating with Operations, Sales, Key Account Management and external partners to develop competitive pricing solutions that drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in road logistics with pricing or tender responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage RFQs/RFPs and complex tenders end-to-end.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills to assess costs, margins and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQs, RFPs, tenders and customer pricing requests with high-quality responses.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, rate cards and costing structures.
• Validate costs and capacity with Operations/Procurement; coordinate tender reviews.
• Be the pricing subject matter expert, ensuring governance and approvals.
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations with customers and key accounts.
• Analyze profitability, volumes and costs to meet financial targets.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and growth objectives.
