Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Dubai is seeking a National Road Logistics Tender & Pricing Manager to own road pricing, tender management, carrier procurement support and commercial analysis across the UAE.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales and Key Account teams to deliver competitive pricing, validate costs, manage RFQs/RFPs, and drive profitable growth while ensuring governance and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in road logistics pricing, tender management or commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQs, RFPs, tenders and customer pricing requests.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, rate cards and costing structures.
• Validate costs and service feasibility with Operations and Procurement.
• Provide pricing expertise and tender support to Internal Sales and Key Accounts.
• Analyse profitability, margins, volumes and costs to meet financial targets.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and growth objectives.
