You will manage the sales pipeline, build strategic partnerships with agencies and investors, coordinate with marketing and operations, and present compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of closing real estate deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial property sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on residential, commercial, or industrial property developments.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and building relationships with real estate developers, investors, and property owners.
• Manage the sales pipeline, nurturing relationships with potential clients to convert leads into profitable deals.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, brokers, contractors, and financial institutions.
• Develop and present proposals for real estate projects, addressing client needs, budgets, and timelines; negotiate and close property transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (construction, legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of real estate projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, conduct post-sale follow-ups, and use CRM to track interactions and progress.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead status, and revenue projections.
