Qualifications

12+ years in UAE real estate with a major developer.
Experience in property development, sales and in-house/master agency management.
Proven success in high-value residential or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

Own UAE commercial growth and sales strategy across the development pipeline.
Create go-to-market plans for new launches and acquired plots.
Steer pricing, inventory, absorption and revenue performance.
Build and lead a top-tier in-house sales team.
Cultivate relationships with master agencies and leading UAE brokerages.
Shape international sales strategy across priority source markets.
Direct project launches, VIP events, roadshows and global exhibitions.
Devise inventive approaches to drive demand and brand visibility.
Partner closely with Development, Marketing, Finance, Investment and senior leadership.
Deliver commercial insight and forecasting to the CEO, Board and shareholders.
Establish a scalable commercial platform to support long-term UAE growth.
