Job summary

IFZA Dubai seeks an Associate Director to lead a high-performance real estate brokerage team within Sable & Co, driving revenue growth and market expansion in Dubai. You will own a defined vertical, mentor brokers, and collaborate with leadership to scale operations while upholding AML and brand standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will balance hands-on deal execution with team leadership, driving market share and client relationships in a dynamic, fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE real estate experience (off-plan and secondary).
• Proven sales track record and mentoring/broker management experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue in a defined segment.
• Fluent English and strong negotiation/closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined business function within Dubai real estate and drive strategy, pipeline and revenue.
• Lead and develop a team of brokers in a specific area, ensuring market presence and deal flow.
• Drive new business through networks and partnerships while maintaining high client experience.
• Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting, and performance reporting in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Uphold brand standards, AML compliance, and regulatory requirements across the team.
