Job summary

Abu Naeem is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Executive / Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing, supplier relationships, sourcing, and procurement operations from Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes cost-effectiveacquisition, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies.

You will review requisitions, source suppliers, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Finance and other departments to ensure alignment with budget and production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
• Review requisitions and identify sourcing solutions.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and track orders through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations to verify invoices and commitments.
• Maintain supplier databases, contracts, and procurement records.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
