Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking aPurchasing Manager to lead global electronic component sourcing, supplier development, and risk management on an international scale. You will leverage supplier networks, commercial acumen, and market insights to expand sourcing channels and strengthen supply chain resilience.

In this role, you will manage RFQs, negotiate terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity and competitive sourcing strategies suitable for a global electronics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic components procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong understanding of global electronic component supply markets and major sourcing channels.
• Established relationships with suppliers and ability to develop sourcing channels independently.
• Ability to evaluate supplier value and risks across manufacturers, authorized distributors and independent distributors.
• Strong negotiation, supplier evaluation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global electronic component suppliers, including manufacturers and distributors.
• Expand sourcing channels to improve supply diversity and competitiveness.
• Evaluate supplier reliability, authenticity, traceability and risk with quality teams.
• Manage RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time confirmation and sourcing projects.
• Monitor semiconductor market trends, inventory changes and pricing dynamics.
• Build long-term supplier partnerships to improve competitiveness and supply stability.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, quality and logistics teams to solve sourcing needs.
• Optimize supplier structures to enhance supply chain flexibility and resilience.
