Job summary

EDGE in Abu Dhabi seeks a Specialist – Strategic Projects to drive transformation through governance frameworks and robust strategic initiatives. The role focuses on defining high-impact projects, monitoring KPIs, and communicating progress to leadership and external stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional programs in a technology-driven manufacturing environment, manage budgets and risks, and report to C-level executives and partners in the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree as listed.
• 3-5+ years of strategic project management or PMO experience.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Define & scope high-impact strategic projects focused on internal development and change.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives within a tech-driven manufacturing environment.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and risks to align with corporate objectives and governance.
• Design, rollout and enforce PMO methodologies and governance structures.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting for executive visibility.
• Drive organizational change management for new structures and standards.
• Communicate overall status of strategic development to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain cross-functional alignment and prepare briefings for C-level and partners.
