Job summary

EDGE Group PJSC in the UAE seeks a Specialist – Strategic Projects to drive transformation and business excellence within a technology-driven manufacturing setting. You will define, lead, and monitor strategic initiatives, establish governance frameworks, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory for executive reporting and GCC engagements; 3–5+ years in strategic PM or PMO roles, and proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Power BI, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Defence Studies.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for executive reporting and GCC engagement.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in strategic project management, in-house consulting, or PMO functions in manufacturing/heavy industry (Defence, Aerospace, or Automotive preferred).
• Experience designing governance frameworks, performance monitoring systems (KPIs), and driving organizational change.
• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira) and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau) for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define & Scope: Conceptualize and define high-impact strategic projects focused on internal development, process optimization, and organizational change.
• Lead & Deliver: Manage end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives within a technology-driven manufacturing environment.
• Monitor & Control: Track milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and governance.
• Frameworks: Design, rollout, and enforcement of governance structures and PMO methodologies.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs, tracking mechanisms, and executive dashboards for performance insight.
• Change & Advisory: Facilitate organizational change management for new structures and standards.
