Job summary

Amana Talent is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to work directly with the Chairman's Office in Dubai. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into executable plans and delivering high-impact initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in project management or strategy, excellent communication, and the ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments within real estate or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ professional experience.
• Proven experience in project management, strategy or business transformation.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership (Chairman, CEO or founder) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior leadership on strategic projects and business-critical initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, actions and deliverables.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to execution and completion.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and proactively drive solutions.
• Prepare updates, reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure agreed actions are followed through and delivered within required timescales.
• Act as a central point of coordination between senior leadership and relevant internal teams.
• Manage confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
