• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, governance, PMO, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership and track record in strategy development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and periodic review of strategic and operational plans.
• Translate priorities into measurable objectives, KPIs, initiatives, and targets.
• Oversee corporate performance management and provide executive dashboards and insights.
• Lead strategic initiatives and PMO governance across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement ERM and BCM frameworks and risk reporting.
• Drive corporate excellence, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and promote a culture of performance and accountability.
