Job summary

Homewide in Dubai seeks a Project Sales Consultant responsible for meeting sales and margin targets by developing strategies, sourcing new customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will manage the full project sales life cycle, generate leads, and prepare proposals and quotations using our CRM.

The role requires 5–7 years of sales or project management experience, 2–3 years in UAE, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a valid UAE driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in sales or project management, preferably in same/related industry.
• 2–3 years of UAE experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• UAE Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop sales strategies and source new customers; maintain long-term relationships.
• Qualify, research, and apply customer needs to our solutions.
• Generate leads and maintain an accurate client database.
• Manage the full project sales life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost calculations.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) for data capture and reporting.
• Assist in collections per contract terms.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure timely delivery.
