Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Planner.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
• Manufacturing/engineering/construction project environment knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning tools.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and PM teams.
• Track progress and update schedules to reflect performance.
• Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
• Monitor resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Maintain baselines and manage changes through change control.
• Align project timelines with goals and customer requirements.
• Participate in project reviews and provide schedule insights.
• Support continuous improvements in planning processes and tools.
