Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting is seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer in the UAE to lead scheduling and controls for complex projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 7–8 years in MEP planning, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will develop baseline programmes, monitor progress, and coordinate with project teams across engineering, procurement and construction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7-8 years of experience in MEP planning and project controls.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Ability to prepare baseline programmes, schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Experience monitoring progress, manpower and performance.
• Experience with weekly/monthly progress reports and delay analysis.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; knowledge of MEP construction activities.
