Responsibilities include tracking progress, resolving delays, cost estimation, and maintaining accurate records and reports to support on-time delivery and successful handovers.

• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, contracts, and handover documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports completion certificates.
