Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, PO processing, and delivery follow-up in a manufacturing context.

You will build strong vendor relationships, coordinate with finance for invoicing and settlements, monitor supplier performance, and support cost control, reporting, and cross-functional alignment across supply chain, logistics, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles related to procurement, inventory, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor sourcing, negotiation, PO processing, and delivery follow-up.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships while monitoring supplier performance.
• Collaborate with finance to verify invoices, match POs with GRNs, and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in supplier account reconciliations and audits.
• Track procurement, logistics, and inventory costs, and monitor budgets and cost control.
• Prepare MIS reports and KPIs for management review.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and finance to align material availability with requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and safety standards.
