Job summary

Apres Restaurant - LLC in the UAE seeks a Project Facility Manager to oversee all company projects and facility operations across UAE locations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, Civil Defence, Municipality standards and other authorities.

The role drives operational efficiency, cost control, safety compliance and timely execution of infrastructure projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality hospitality facilities and supporting multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or Construction.
• 5–10 years UAE experience in project/facility management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Fire Life Safety Code.
• Experience handling authority approvals in UAE.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fit-out, renovation, maintenance and infrastructure projects.
• Obtain required approvals from Municipality, Civil Defence and authorities.
• Ensure contractor compliance with UAE building codes and HSE standards.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals before project handover.
• Manage project budgets, BOQs, tendering and payments.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire systems.
• Maintain Civil Defence certificates, trade licenses, AMCs.
• Monitor utility usage; coordinate with ADDC/DEWA.
• Maintain risk assessments and safety drills; conduct fire drills.
