Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a skilled Facility Manager/MEP Engineer to oversee all building operations for company accommodation. Candidates should manage electrical, mechanical, civil, and plumbing systems, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance across the site.

The role requires strong leadership, communication in English with additional Arabic knowledge as a plus, and experience in cost-saving initiatives within Facility Management.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of Facility Management functions.
• Confident & Expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Plumbing and HVAC.
• Previous experience as an MEP Engineer.
• Proactive personality preferred.
• Ability to identify the job and to explain the same to suppliers.
• Proven ability in cost saving initiatives.
• Exposure and knowledge of HSE policies and implementation.
• Prior Experience in Facility Management.
• Engineering Graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for entire Facility Management functions for company Accommodation.
• Ensure buildings and facilities are in best operational condition and safe for tenants across civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing functions.
• Recommend and initiate maintenance activities and coordinate with HRM & Purchase.
• Ensure availability of technical resources to maintain building standards.
• Ensure value-preservation of properties at the location.
• Ensure statutory maintenance work and follow up with contractors for PPM.
• Ensure camp policies are implemented and followed.
• Camp in charge responsibility and work with camp administration.
• Assume tasks in workplace protection and occupational safety.
• Team coordination and site supervision.
