ACE EPC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead planning sessions, manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain rigorous project schedules in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will use advanced project management software to monitor timelines and ensure project alignment with goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with PMP certification preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning sessions ensuring all stakeholders have a clear vision and understanding of project goals and timelines.
• Oversee the budgeting process tracking expenditures against the budget to identify variances and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors ensuring compliance with contracts and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced project management software to track progress and adjust timelines as necessary.
