You will coordinate activities, maintain documentation, monitor progress, and liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years in project coordination, PMP certification, and strong PM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of project coordination/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities according to the project plan.
• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare and organize project documentation and meeting records.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, and contractors.
• Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Track costs, procurement, and contractual requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
