Job summary

Personio in Dubai is seeking a Project Controller to provide reliable financial oversight across our projects and support project teams in making commercially sound decisions. You will monitor performance from planning to completion, manage budgets and forecasts, and report on costs, revenue and risks, collaborating with Project Managers and Finance across international locations.

Fluency in English and strong Excel/ERP skills are essential; experience in a project-based environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or similar.
• Experience in project controlling or commercial project management.
• Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
• Knowledge of IFRS project accounting and revenue recognition.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own financial monitoring of assigned projects across the lifecycle.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Track costs vs budgets and provide clear visibility of performance.
• Analyse deviations and define corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Provide project reports and financial evaluations for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Finance on budgets and risks.
• Support project planning, invoicing, and close activities.
