Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Project Controller to oversee project performance, budgeting, and forecasts while coordinating with project managers, PMO, and Finance to optimize financial outcomes.

The role leads monthly and quarterly reporting, manages timesheets, and ensures compliance with statutory reporting and group standards in a multinational, engineering‑oriented environment. Proficiency with ERP/SAP and Power BI is advantageous.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
• CPA, CFA, ACCA or MBA are a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in financial controlling, budgeting or project control.
• Experience in engineering, consultancy or multinational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project performance and ensure accurate budgeting and forecasts.
• Coordinate between project managers, PMO and Finance for performance reporting.
• Produce monthly/quarterly financial statements, KPIs and budgets.
• Ensure timely statutory reporting and reconciliation between local and group reports.
• Monitor receivables and invoicing upon milestones or monthly billing.
• Develop dashboards and management reports on project and business performance.
• Support monthly closing, accruals, and cost allocations.
