Job summary

Emirates Industrial Panel LLC in Dubai is seeking a Planning & Cost Control Engineer to plan, monitor, and control project costs across the lifecycle, while supporting forecasting, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of five years in project planning and cost control, advanced Excel skills, and excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and cost control.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets and cost plans.
• Track project expenditures and ensure costs remain within approved budgets.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for management review.
• Monitor project milestones, variations, billing progress, and cost performance.
• Review cost estimates and recommend improvements for budgeting and procurement.
• Verify supplier, vendor, and subcontractor invoices and claims.
• Maintain project cost records and accounting databases.
• Coordinate with project teams to support forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor billing status and assist with accounts receivable activities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
