Job summary

Assured is seeking a strategic programs professional to help execute company priorities from framing problems to implementation. You will structure complex problems using analytical frameworks and turn data into actionable recommendations.

You will coordinate cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal, manage the day-to-day strategic agenda, and develop executive-ready materials to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• 2–3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG or equivalent).
• Experience in an operating role within a fast-moving environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical horsepower and ability to build strategic frameworks from scratch.
• Execution-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of company priorities, from problem framing to implementation.
• Structure complex problems using analytical frameworks and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready materials including strategic memos and internal communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Manage the day-to-day strategic agenda by tracking key initiatives and flagging blockers.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and client engagement teams to solve cross-functional issues.
• Develop customer-facing strategic meeting materials such as decks and memos.
