Job summary

Client of Salt is seeking a product marketing professional to turn complex offerings into clear positioning and launches that drive awareness and adoption across the group and portfolio. You will build value propositions, develop messaging frameworks, plan launches across brand, digital, BD teams, and create sales enablement content for partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in product marketing or go-to-market roles (client-side, agency or consulting).
• Hands-on launches, positioning and sales enablement content experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Position and message: Build value propositions and messaging frameworks and translate technical detail into customer, partner and government benefits.
• Know the market: Research audiences, trends and competitors and maintain personas, competitor profiles and market briefs.
• Launch: Plan and coordinate product launches across brand, digital communications, and BD teams and support integrated campaigns across digital, social, events and partner channels.
• Create and enable: Produce brochures, decks, web copy, case studies and FAQs; Arabic language is a plus, as well as pitch decks and battlecards for BD.
• Support the portfolio: Provide templates, toolkits and best practices; act as the link between product, commercial and marketing teams.
• Manage agencies: Brief and review creative and digital agencies and keep budgets, timelines and scope on track.
• Measure and improve: Report on launch and campaign performance; use AI tools to work smarter.
