Job summary

HTrust Consulting is seeking a commercially sharp Product & Category Manager for a Dubai-based role. You will identify category opportunities, analyze marketplace trends across Amazon and Noon, and develop assortments for heroes and core ranges.

You’ll source products, negotiate terms, and build business cases for new items to optimize margins and inventory. You will collaborate with E-commerce and Sales to translate consumer demand into actionable buying plans, monitor performance, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in buying, category management, merchandising or product management.
• Experience with consumer products and trend awareness is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify new products, brands and category opportunities for target consumers.
• Track trends across retail channels, social media, Amazon, Noon and marketplaces.
• Research demand, best sellers, competition, pricing, reviews and gaps.
• Develop and manage category assortments including hero products.
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities; maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Source products and negotiate terms with suppliers; explore private-label options.
• Build commercial cases for new products covering price, landed cost and margins.
• Plan replenishment and manage inventory, sell-through and aging stock.
• Collaborate with E-commerce and Sales to understand demand.
