Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or Hospitality Management.
• APICS or ISM certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of three years’ procurement management experience in a large organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, BirchStreet, and SharePoint.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Buyers, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Create, develop and execute quotations and RFPs to obtain competitive proposals.
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Collaborate with end-user departments to assess needs and achieve best TCO.
• Develop category strategies to minimize marketplace risks.
• Mentor and train Buyers.
• Create and report on KPIs.
• Participate in Vendor Management and SRM.
