Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Buyer to join the resort’s Procurement Team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on sourcing and negotiating for F&B, processing orders, and ensuring compliance with policies.

You will monitor supplier performance and maintain stock accuracy to support hotel operations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of related procurement experience in luxury hotel & resort settings, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or above.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in luxury hotel & resort food & beverage procurement.
• BirchStreet experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong integrity and well-organized.
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for sourcing, primary negotiation, processing and ordering of goods and services for F&B as required by end users in accordance with Procurement operation.
• Ensure ordering of goods and services per customers’ requirements complies with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Record purchasing information by data entry for purchase requisitions and orders; correct or cancel orders as needed.
• Monitor and document sourcing, price negotiations, and availability to meet customer requirements within agreed lead-time.
• Prepare reports to review supply chain performance and improve operations.
• Maintain productive relationships with suppliers within contractual guidelines.
