Decision Management Consultants LLC is seeking a Procurement Officer in Dubai to lead end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation for high-value energy-related purchases. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong coordination with logistics and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will manage RFQs/RFPs/RFIs, use Jaggaer and SAP S/4HANA, and ensure timely delivery in line with UAE labor laws and supplier performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of procurement experience in energy or related industries.
• Experience managing RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Strong ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement in energy or related industries
• Prepare commercial bid evaluations for high-value tender contracts
• Assist in developing and managing RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs
• Support procurement operations and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery
• Manage end-to-end procurement process from scope to coordination with Logistics
• Manage and maintain vendor contracts, including negotiating terms
• Analyze and evaluate supplier performance for quality, cost, and delivery
• Identify and onboard new vendors and support vendor development
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and RFQs using Jaggaer and SAP S/4HANA
• Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law
