Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants presents an opportunity with a well-established regional distributor. The Procurement Coordinator will identify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage end-to-end procurement to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and reliable supply.

Responsibilities include reviewing supplier performance, maintaining records, coordinating with warehouse on storage and inventory, and producing cost analyses and procurement reports.

Qualifications

• Vendor sourcing experience and supplier evaluation.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to create cost analyses and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify suppliers and manage contracts for pricing, quality, terms, and reliability.
• Review supplier quality to ensure specifications.
• Maintain records of purchases, delivery schedules, invoices, and supplier docs.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses.
• Coordinate with warehouse on storage and inventory control.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics from port of entry to store/warehouse.
• Perform feasibility studies for new product ranges including supplier evaluation and costs.
• Coordinate with clients for procurement documentation and legalization.
