Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Procurement Coordinator to source suppliers, manage contracts, and coordinate logistics across the supply chain. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse teams, and clients to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company requirements.

The role requires strong vendor sourcing, supply chain understanding, negotiation skills, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
Understanding of supply chain procedures.
Persuasive and effective communicator.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.

Responsibilities

Identify suitable suppliers and manage purchase contracts, ensuring optimal pricing, quality standards, sourcing terms, and supply reliability.
Review and monitor the quality of purchased products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery schedules, invoices, and supplier documentation.
Prepare procurement reports, including purchase summaries and cost analysis.
Closely monitor fast-moving items and manage bulk buying strategies, placing orders as required.
