Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is recruiting for a Parts Coordinator for a multinational manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The role blends warehouse operations with customer-facing and administrative duties to ensure parts supply, accuracy, and service. You will join a small regional team, report to the Parts Operation Supervisor, and support parts, service, and warranty activities while liaising with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable with manual handling.
• Experience in spare parts sales or coordination in vehicle/equipment industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Technical understanding of vehicle components is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including goods receiving, stock control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate with customers to identify, quote, and supply spare parts.
• Manage supplier coordination and shipping documentation.
• Assist with aftersales and warranty-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
