Job summary

Technopower Group is seeking an experienced Procurement/Purchase Manager to oversee sourcing, purchasing, supplier relationships, and negotiations to support production and logistics across the business.

The role requires a strong negotiator who can build long-term supplier relationships while collaborating across teams to keep operations running efficiently. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic as an advantage, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Fluent in English (required); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of favorable supplier terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationship management
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best commercial outcomes
• Coordinate closely with logistics, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability
• Liaise with shipping and freight companies to manage import/export logistics
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships through regular visits and follow-up
• Ensure procurement processes align with company budgets, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Prepare procurement reports and support management with purchasing data and analysis
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
