Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead - Infrastructure, Mining & Oil & Gas who is fluent in Hindi and English to support major projects across Africa from Dubai. The role requires a commercially driven professional with a track record in sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiation in complex project environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
8–10 years procurement experience in infra/mining/oil & gas.
Fluency in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing to contract award and delivery.
Develop procurement strategies aligned with project budgets, timelines and objectives.
Source and evaluate suppliers across infrastructure, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
Negotiate prices, terms, delivery schedules, SLAs to optimize commercial outcomes.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, parts, and services for projects.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery, quality, and compliance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
Collaborate with project management, engineering, operations, finance, logistics, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, import/export requirements.
Maintain procurement records and reporting.
