Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead - Infrastructure, Mining & Oil & Gas (Hindi Speaker) to support major projects across Africa from Dubai. The role requires strong commercial acumen, supplier network development, and a track record in managing procurement across complex projects.

The candidate will develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and services while collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance

Formación

• 8-10 years of procurement experience in infrastructure/mining/oil & gas
• Experience managing procurement activities for projects in African markets
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract management

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing to contract award and supplier performance management.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project requirements, budgets, timelines, and business objectives.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers across infrastructure, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, SLAs, and contractual conditions.
• Manage procurement of construction materials, heavy equipment, machinery, spare parts, and project-related services.
• Oversee RFQs, RFPs, tender evaluations, purchase orders, and contract documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality standards, and compliance.
