Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement professional to join the Area Procurement Department, supporting all Hyatt hotels across the Dubai market. You will lead end-to-end purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms.

Key focus areas include spend analysis, market monitoring, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, while driving sustainable procurement initiatives across the hotel group.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and cost optimization.
• Ability to review contracts and assess commercial terms.
• Strong skills in data presentation and procurement reporting.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance research and workflow.
